ITAD is the practice of responsibly managing retired IT equipment to maximize value recovery while ensuring data security and environmental compliance. This can include resale, recycling, or documented destruction of IT assets.

Is EverTrade's electronics recycling free for businesses?

Yes. EverTrade offers free pickup for businesses within 25 miles of our Sugar Land, TX location. For businesses outside our area, contact us — large-volume pickups may qualify for extended service.

Data Security

How do you handle data security?

All data-bearing devices undergo NIST 800-88 data destruction. We offer three methods:

  1. Software Wiping — Multi-pass overwrite with verification
  2. Degaussing — Electromagnetic destruction of all magnetic data
  3. Physical Shredding — Industrial shredding of hard drives and SSDs

A serialized Certificate of Destruction is issued for every device.

Can I witness the destruction of my equipment?

Most pickups within our 25-mile service area can be scheduled within 1–3 business days.

Do you provide bins or containers for collection?

Yes. For ongoing recycling programs, we can provide collection bins and containers at your facility.

Pricing & Value Recovery

Do you pay for equipment with resale value?

Equipment with significant resale value may qualify for value recovery. We assess each lot and provide transparent revenue sharing.

Is there a minimum volume for pickup?
