Recent updates

Physical media policy clarified

EverTrade does not accept tapes, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, or other physical media. This includes VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, MiniDV, Hi8, Digital8, audio cassettes, microcassettes, 8-track tapes, and backup tapes.

VCR/VHS players and Blu-ray players remain accepted when all tapes and discs have been removed.

Pickup language standardized

Business pickup is described consistently as available for qualifying commercial loads. Eligibility, timing, and pricing are confirmed after reviewing the equipment type, quantity, location, and access requirements.

Data-destruction language updated

Data-destruction pages now consistently describe wiping, degaussing, and physical destruction workflows as aligned to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2. A signed Certificate of Destruction is provided for data destruction jobs.
