What EverTrade accepts
EverTrade accepts desktop computers, laptops, notebooks, workstations, all-in-one computers, and many internal components in any condition. Residents can drop off accepted equipment in Sugar Land, and qualifying Greater Houston business loads can be reviewed for pickup and IT asset disposition.
Computers frequently contain hard drives, SSDs, or other storage with personal or business data. Recycling the hardware and destroying the data are related but separate services. Tell EverTrade whether you need recycling only, logical sanitization, degaussing, or physical destruction.

Physical media is not accepted
Do not include VHS tapes, audio cassettes, backup tapes, CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, or other physical media. VCR/VHS players and Blu-ray players are accepted after all tapes and discs are removed.

Do not assume that basic recycling includes a specific sanitization method. Request data destruction when you need wiping, degaussing, physical destruction, or a signed Certificate of Destruction.
